Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be simpler. Browse our catalogue and click ‘Add to Basket’ any items that you wish to purchase to put them into your ‘Shopping Basket’. Then just follow the simple instructions and complete the details which we need to complete your order. Any special, general or delivery comments should be entered in the section provided in the check out section.

We accept Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Solo, Electron and Maestro. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to be shipped except for any items on back order.

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Shipping & Handling We charge £3.76 to cover postage and packaging for all orders. Currently we are only shipping within mainland UK. Please contact us for other destinations and costs.

Delivery All orders are processed upon receipt. Please allow ten to fourteen working days for receipt of orders. A charge of £3.76 per package is made to cover packing & secure carriage. We will attempt to pack multiple purchases into one consignment but where this is not achievable for exceptional items only, we reserve the right to charge a further carriage charge for extra consignments. This will not be done without our contacting you first by email.

Prices All prices are inclusive of V.A.T. where applicable.(i.e. Children’s’ clothing is V.A.T. free)

Privacy Policy Greenlay (Grass Machinery) Ltd do not disclose customer’s information to third parties.
Remittance Terms Only Items paid for by debit or credit cards can be accepted. Goods can also be dispatched against cleared cheques by arrangement.

Returns Goods can only be returned with prior authorization. Please contact sales@greenlay.co.uk or 01670 822857/825786. Only goods authorized for return will be accepted and must not be returned until you receive a Goods Return Authority (GRA).
